We meet together in person or over video chat to talk about you, how you met, and how I can best serve you on your wedding day. I'll help you plan a timeline for the wedding day and we'll discuss the details of your formal portraits. Do you want to share a first look or wait until the ceremony to see each other for the first time? I can help you decide what works best for you. How can you keep your guests from leaving the reception before you're done with your photos? I have plenty of ideas!
We'll spend about an hour and a half shooting engagement portraits! This is a fantastic way for us to get to become better acquainted. You'll get to know my shooting style and I get to learn what some of your best poses are--yes, you WILL have some great ones, I promise! I can also guarantee that engagement photos will help you will feel more relaxed and confident on your wedding day. We'll be like old friends!
Naturally you'll receive all the final image files, full resolution and edited, from your engagement session and your wedding, including printing rights. I mean, it's 2024 after all.
Your files will be uploaded to an online gallery. From here you can view, download, and print your images. Of course, you can also choose to print your images through another service.
After the wedding, we'll work together to design a 12"x12" lay-flat wedding album. I'll get you started with a design and we can make changes from there. Once you're satisfied, I place the order and the lab gets right to work, crafting your very first heirloom! How exciting is that?!
All Robin Wheeler Photography weddings are all-inclusive, from engagement portraits to your heirloom wedding album. Here's what's included:
For most weddings, 8 hours is perfect. However, we can add additional hours to your timeline if needed.
A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to reserve your date. Pricing begins at $2700.
I've found that minimizing unpleasant surprises is essential to a stress-free wedding. Let's make your wedding your favorite day ever! Planning and communication are key. When we work together to plan your day around your priorities, you know what to expect and have no regrets. Being comfortable with your photographer is also important. Your engagement session is the perfect time to get acquainted, and we'll be like old friends on the wedding day--and the feeling is mutual! I LOVE getting to know my couples!
I've also learned that because weddings involve SO MUCH preparation, printing your wedding photos or designing an album is often an afterthought. It took me four years to print my own wedding album! I want to get your precious memories printed and bound right away, so you aren't waiting for "someday."
