Bill & Cindy’s Portraits | Ontario, Oregon

Toward the end of September, I photographed Bill and Cindy at Beck-Kiwanis Park and the Nazarene church here in Ontario. They were looking to have an updated picture of themselves to include in their Christmas cards this year. Although all they needed were a couple simple shots to choose from, they were more than happy to try different things, maybe because they have a silly side (I would love to share some of our outtakes!), or maybe because they’re my parents. That’s right, Bill and Cindy are my dad and mom! Once my brother and I got older, my parents expressed regrets at not having family photos taken more often. Well, what better occasion could there be than when they come to visit their daughter?!
